Waste Disposal and Recycling

Menzies Quarries offers demolition and concrete disposal in our Mogumber Quarry located 130km north of Perth’s CBD. We effectively recycle construction and demolition waste to produce a range of high-quality recycled products (WDM) including crushed concrete road base, drainage materials and fill sand. We also provide organic waste disposal services.

Our Safety Specifications and Quality Control

The WDM’s we manufacture are tested to meet product and safety specifications determined by the DER and can be tailored to meet specific client requirements. Strict quality controls ensure that our recycled demolition waste products are contaminant free. Menzies Quarries is licensed by DER to accept and recycle solid and liquid organic waste at the Mogumber Quarry.

Municipal Putrescible Waste

We accept food, kitchen and other putrescible wastes from domestic, commercial and industrial premises. Organic waste can be rapidly converted to compost utilising a forced aeration system that reduces composing time from 12 to 8 weeks and reduces odours enabling the acceptance of problematic waste streams.
